CBP to fulfill elements of Section 114 of the customs reauthorization law that requires a CBP database for importers of record (see 1605270007). The update to the form was originally proposed in 2014 (see 14100815), and OMB posted the record of comments and other information about the changes earlier this year (see 1607130026). OMB didn't immediately comment.
