United States, seeking penalties and unpaid taxes from Green Planet and Token Group for underpaying excise tax on its imports of tobacco products. #16-00221. Filed Oct. 18.

Nucor Corporation, challenging the final results of Commerce's countervailing duty administrative review and new shipper review on cut-to-length carbon quality steel plate from South Korea entered in 2014. #16-00222, -00223. Filed Oct. 19.

Mondiv, a division of Lassonde Specialties, Inc., on the classification of green olive tapenade and artichoke antipasto sauces. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2005.99.9700 (11.2%) and 2005.99.8000 (14.9%). Mondiv says it should have instead been classified under subheadings 2103.90.9091 (free) and 2013.90.9091 (free), and that the merchandise should be considered originating for the purposes of NAFTA duty-free treatment. #16-00224.
