Pasha Stevedoring and Terminals, challenging CBP's refusal to allow or deny its protest on the classification of merchandise it imported. Magid Glove & Safety Manufacturing, on the classification of knit fabric gloves covered in polyurethane. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6116.10.5520 (13.2%). Magid says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3926.20.1050 (free). #16-00166. Filed Aug. 24.
