New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect March 16
For entries on or after March 16, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the "all others" rate. The new rates are as follows:
| Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Hyosung Corporation | 9.4% |
| Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. | 4.07% |
| ILJIN Electric Co., Ltd. | 6.74% |
| ILJIN | 6.74% |
| LSIS Co., Ltd. | 6.74% |
Assessment Rates For Entries August 2013 - July 2014
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise from companies under review for entries from Aug. 1, 2013 through July 31, 2014. The agency will calculate importer-specific assessment rates for entries of subject merchandise from Hyosung and Hyundai. Entries from ILJIN Electric, ILJIN and LSIS will be assessed AD duties at the 6.74% rate they received in this review.
(The review period is 08/01/13 -- 07/31/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1509030017 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
