India Stainless Steel Bar: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel bar from India (A-533-810) (here). The agency preliminarily calculated zero percent AD duty rates for the only two companies under review, Ambica Steels Limited and Bhansali Bright Bars Pvt. Ltd. If the agency's findings are continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Ambica or Bhansali entered between February 2014 and January 2015 will not be assessed AD duties, and future entries from Ambica or Bhansali will not be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice. Any changes to rates for Ambica or Bhansali would take effect on the date of publication in the Federal Register of the final results of this review, due in July.
