New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Feb. 17
New cash deposit rates take effect for subject merchandise produced or exported by the companies under review, entered on or after Feb. 17. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate. The new rates are as follows:
| Producer/Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| La Molisana S.p.A | 12.9% |
| Rummo S.p.A., Lenta Lavorazione, Pasta Castiglioni, and Rummo S.p.A. Molino e Pastificio | zero |
| Pastificio Andalini S.p.A. | 12.9% |
| Delverde Industrie Alimentari S.p.A. | 12.9% |
Assessment Rates
As a result of Rummo's zero rate, Commerce will direct CBP to liquidate subject merchandise produced or exported by Rummo and its affiliates, with a time of entry between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014, without regard to AD duties. Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates for entries from La Molisana. Entries from Andalini and Delverde will be liquidated at the rate listed above.
(The review period is 07/01/13 -- 06/30/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1508070018">1508070018 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
