India PET Film: Final Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on polyethylene film, sheet and strip from India (C-533-825) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for subject merchandise entered in calendar year 2013 from the seven companies under review. For entries on or after Feb. 16, Commerce is also setting new CV duty cash deposit rates as follows:

Companies that didn't get a rate in this review (i.e., all exporters except those listed above) will continue to be subject to the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned a CV rate will continue to be subject to the all others rate.
