China Stainless Steel Sinks: Ningbo Afa Set for Lower AD Rate
The Commerce Department intends to recognize Ningbo Afa Kitchen and Bath Co., Ltd. as the successor company to Yuyao Afa Kitchenware Co., Ltd. for the purposes of antidumping duties on drawn stainless steel sinks from China (A-570-983), it said in the preliminary results of a changed circumstances review. Commerce preliminary found that Yuyao Afa underwent a name change to become Ningbo Afa, but its operations were otherwise unchanged. Should Commerce reach the same determination in the final results of this review, Ningbo Afa will assume the 4.29% AD duty cash deposit rate currently in effect for Yuyao Afa.
