South Korea Welded Stainless Pipe: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on welded ASTM A-312 stainless steel pipe from South Korea (A-580-810) (here). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from two exporters that was entered December 2013 through November 2014.

Liquidation 'As Entered' for Entries from Exporters Not Subject to Review
Only two exporters for which an administrative review was requested are covered by this review. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters will not change. Commerce ordered liquidation "as entered" for entries during the period of review from all exporters not under review (here).
Cash Deposit Requirements
Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD duty cash deposit requirements may take effect for some companies, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminary calculated the following AD duty rates:

Assessment Rates
As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate final AD duty assessments on importers of subject merchandise exported by the companies under review that was entered between Dec. 1, 2013 and Nov. 30, 2014. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from LS Metal and SeAH will each be assigned importer-specific assessment rates.
