New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Dec. 10
For entries on or after Dec. 10, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate. The new rates are as follows:
| Producer/Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Borusan Istikbal Ticaret T.A.S., and Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret | 3.16% |
| Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S. and Tosyali Dis Ticaret A.S. | zero |
No shipments. Commerce found ERBOSAN Erciyas Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. had no exports to the U.S. during the period of review, so its rate will not change.
Assessment Rates
As a result of Toscelik's zero rate, Commerce will direct CBP to liquidate subject merchandise produced or exported by Toscelik, with a time of entry between May 1, 2013 and April 30, 2014, without regard to AD duties. Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates for entries from Borusan. Entries using Erbosan's case number during the period of review will be liquidated at the all others rate.
(The review period is 05/01/13 -- 04/30/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1506040063 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
