  • New Sectoral Development Program. The Minister of Agriculture Lawrence MacAulay and the Quebec Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Pierre Paradis announced the creation of a New Sectoral Development Program to help stakeholders of the agri-food sector to carry out large scale collective projects that fall with departmental priorities.   • Hot-rolled carbon steel plate. The CBSA has issued a final determination of dumping for certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate originating in or exported from India, Russia and a final determination of subsidizing originating in or exported from India. (here)
