China Copper Pipe: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China (A-570-964) (here). The agency assigned the single entity under review, the Golden Dragon Group, an AD rate of 5.89%. Any changes to cash deposit rates for Golden Dragon and its affiliates would take effect on the publication date of the final results of this review, currently due in April. In its final results, Commerce will set assessments of AD duties for subject merchandise exported by Golden Dragon and its affiliates with a time of entry between Nov. 1, 2013 and Oct. 31, 2014.

Commerce has ordered liquidation at "as entered" rates for subject merchandise entered Nov. 1, 2013 through Oct. 31, 2014 that was exported by companies that are not under review (i.e., all except Golden Dragon) (here).
