Italy Brass Sheet and Strip: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on brass sheet and strip from Italy (A-475-601) (here). The agency preliminarily assigned an AD rate of 22 percent to the only company under review, KME Italy SpA. The new rate would take effect upon publication of the final results of this review, currently due in March.

The final results of this review will set assessment of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise from KME Italy entered March 1, 2014 through Feb. 28, 2015. Only exporters of subject merchandise for which an administrative review was requested are covered. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters will not change. Commerce has ordered liquidation "as entered" for entries during the period of review from all exporters for which a review was not requested (here).
