Among smart home products: the Nest thermostat and IP camera ($199 and $163), Schlage connected door lock ($139) and Lutron Caseta light switch ($48). Dealers buying three, five or seven different models of the connected home products get 5 to 10 percent back in Capitol Bucks, the distributor said. Prices are good through Nov. 25, and price protection isn't available, Capitol said.
