Sherman noted that the filing window for forward auction participants opens on Jan. 14 and closes Jan. 28. “It’s our hope that this webinar will help potential applicants prepare for the world’s first-ever broadcast incentive auction,” he said. The FCC will continue to answer questions as the filing deadlines approach, he said. Wireless Bureau staff offered a quick run-through on the rules and took a handful of questions.
