New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Oct. 13
For entries on or after Oct. 13, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate are subject to the all others rate. The new rates are as follows:
| Producer/Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Aurubis Stolberg GmbH & Co. KG | 22.61% |
| Carl Schreiber GmbH | 22.61% |
| KME Germany AG & Co. KG | 22.61% |
| Messingwerk Plettenberg Herfeld GmbH & Co. KG | 55.6% |
| MKM Mansfelder Kupfer & Messing GmbH | 22.61% |
| Schlenk Metallfolien GmbH & Co. KG | 22.61% |
| Sundwiger Messingwerke GmbH & Co. KG | 22.61% |
No shipments. Commerce found Schwermetall, ThyssenKrupp, and Wieland had no exports to the U.S. during the period of review, and will not see their AD duty rates change.
(The review period is 03/01/13 -- 02/28/14. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 1504030044 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
