South Korea Washing Machines: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on large residential washers from South Korea (A-580-868) (here). For entries of subject merchandise on or after Sept. 16, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates as follows:

​These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Aug. 3, 2012 through Dec. 31, 2013 from the three companies listed above. For Samsung and Daewoo, Commerce will order AD duties assessed on importers at 82.41%, respectively. For LG Electronics, Commerce will calculate importer-specific assessment rates.
