Vietnam Shrimp: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam (A-552-802) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries from Feb. 1, 2013 through Jan. 31, 2014. For entries on or after Sept. 15, 2015, Commerce is also setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for the companies under review, as follows:

Review average rate. Commerce assigned the 0.91% "average rate" to companies that were under review but not individually examined. See the notice for a full list.
China-wide rate. Commerce assigned 56 companies the Vietnam-wide rate.
Assessment Rates For Entries February 2013 - March 2014
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries from Feb. 1, 2013 through Jan. 31, 2013. Subject merchandise from Sao Ta/Fimex will be liquidated without regard to AD duties.
