South Korea Washing Machines: Final Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on large residential washers from South Korea (C-580-869) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for subject merchandise entered June 2012 through December 2013 from the two companies under review, Samsung and Daewoo. For entries on or after Sept. 15, Commerce is also setting new CV duty cash deposit rates for Daewoo and Samsung. The new rates are as follows:
