its sampling resources on the two high-risk products, “collecting a statistically significant number of samples over a shorter period of time, typically 12 months, and establishing standardized, transparent, and collaborative processes and communications,” said CBP. An FDA outreach team is soliciting feedback to ensure that these sampling assignments are accomplished as effectively and efficiently as possible and with minimal impact to affected industry, said the CSMS message. Feedback should be sent to FDAFutureStateEngagement@fda.hhs.gov no later than Sept. 18.
