China PET Film: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from China (A-570-924) (here). The agency preliminarily assigned the 76.72% China-wide rate to the only company under review, Shaoxing Xiangyu Green Packing Co., Ltd. The new rate would take effect upon publication of the final results of this review, currently due in December.

Only exporters of subject merchandise for which an administrative review was requested are covered by this review. Cash deposit rates for all other exporters will not change. Commerce has ordered liquidation "as entered" for entries during the period of review from all exporters for which a review was not requested (here). In these preliminary results, Commerce is also ending this review for three companies for which requests for review were withdrawn: Fuwei Films (Shandong) Co., Ltd., Sichuan Dongfang Insulating Material Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Wanhua Co., Ltd.
