China Uncoated Paper: Company Names Corrected From Prelim CV Determination
The Commerce Department issued a correction to its preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation on uncoated paper from China (C-570-023) to correct two company names listed in the June 29 notice. Commerce said the preliminary determination notice should have indicated that the Asia Symbol companies include Asia Symbol (Guangdong) Paper Co., Ltd.; Asia Symbol (Shandong) Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd.; Asia Symbol (Guangdong) Omya Minerals Co., Ltd.; and Greenpoint Global Trading (Macao Commercial Offshore) Limited. The agency also misidentified UPM (China) Co. Ltd. in the notice, it said.
