China Woven Ribbons: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on narrow woven ribbon with woven selvedge from China (A-570-952) (here). The agency said the only company under review, Yama Ribbons Co., Ltd., had no exports of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period of review. If Commerce's no shipments finding for Yama is confirmed in the final results, subject merchandise from the company will continue to enter at the most recent AD rate set for the company.
