South Korea and Turkey Line Pipe: AD Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect
The Commerce Department made a preliminary affirmative antidumping determination that welded line pipe from South Korea (A-580-876) and Turkey (A-489-822) is being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value. The agency will impose AD duty cash requirements on entries of subject merchandise from these countries beginning on May 22.

AD Suspension of Liquidation and Cash Deposit Requirements
Commerce will instruct CBP to suspend liquidation for all entries of subject merchandise from South Korea and Turkey that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after May 22.
South Korea. Preliminary AD duty cash deposit rates for South Korean exporters are as follows:
