|---|---|
| King Young Enterprise Co., Ltd./ Glory Young Enterprise Co., Ltd./ Ethel Enterprise Co., Ltd. Taiwan | 30.64% |
| Hen Hao Trading Co. Ltd. a.k.a. Taiwan / Tulip Ribbons and Braids Co. Ltd. | 137.20% |

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Sept. 1, 2012 and Aug. 31, 2013. Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty rate for each importer of subject merchandise from King Young. Importers of subject merchandise from Hen Hao will be assessed AD duties at 137.2%.
