Turkey Circular Welded Pipe: Prelim Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey (C-489-502) (here). Once finalized, these rates will be used to set assessments on importers for subject merchandise entered in 2013.

Rates Only Preliminary; Cash Deposit Rates From Previous Proceedings Still in Effect
These CV rates are only preliminary, and do not change current CV duty cash deposit requirements. Any changes to cash deposit rates will take effect once Commerce publishes the final results of this review, which are currently due in August.
