China Frontseating Service Valves: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on frontseating service valves from China (A-570-933) (here), calculating a zero percent AD rate for Zhejiang Sanhua Co., Ltd. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Sanhua entered from April 2013 through April 2014 will not be assessed AD duties. Commerce revoked this AD duty order in May (see 14051316, so frontseating service valves from China are no longer subject to cash deposit requirements.
