India Lined Paper: Kokuyo Riddhi Set to Get Zero AD Duty Rate

Kokuyo Riddhi Paper Prodcuts Private Limited will inherit Riddhi Enterprises' zero percent antidumping duty rate on lined paper products from India (A-533-843), after the Commerce Department found to be the latter's successor company in the final results of changed circumstances review (here). Commerce did not change its preliminary finding that Riddhi Enterprises' operations were transferred from Riddhi to Kokuyo Riddhi, and its business was otherwise unaffected (see 14071418).
