China Car and Truck Tires: Prelim AD Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect; Retroactive for Some
The Commerce Department is amending antidumping duty cash deposit rates for exporters of passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China (A-570-016) (here), after finding errors in a preliminary determination issued in January (see 1501260011).

AD Suspension of Liquidation and Cash Deposit Requirements
Commerce is amending cash deposit rates for the Sailun Group and over 60 "average rate" companies that qualified for separate rates but weren't under individual investigation. Sailun's amended rate takes effect for entries on or after Jan. 27, while changes for the average rate companies take effect Oct. 29. Rates are adjusted for subsidies found in Commerce's concurrent CV duty investigation, as follows:
