New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect March 2
For entries on or after March 2, Commerce is setting a new AD duty cash deposit rate for two exporters. SRF got a zero percent rate, so subject merchandise from the company will not be subject to cash deposit requirements until further notice. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 5.71%. The new rates are as follows:
| Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Jindal Poly Films Limited | 1.89% |
| SRF Limited | zero |
Assessment Rates For Entries July 2012 - June 2013
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013. Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty rate for each importer of subject merchandise from Jindal. Entries of subject merchandise from SRF during the relevant period will be liquidated without assessing AD duties on importers.
(The review period is 07/01/12 -- 06/30/13. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 14082216 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
