India PET Film: Final Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from India (C-533-825) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries in 2012.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect March 2
For entries on or after March 2, Commerce is setting new CV duty cash deposit rates. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recently completed review of that company, and companies that have never been assigned an CV duty rate will get the all others rate. The new rates are as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries January 2012 - December 2012
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of CV duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Jan. 1, 2012 and Dec. 31, 2012.
