Canada Ramps Up Russia Sanctions on Individuals, Oil Sector Goods

The Canadian government implemented another sanctions package on a broad range of exports for the oil sector and 11 Russian individuals in recent days (here). The sanctions also put restrictions on debt and equity financing. Canada is prohibiting exports critical to oil exploration and production, such as steel line pipe and machinery parts. More than 20 tariff line codes are covered in the package. The sanctions also ban dealings with the following individuals:
