New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Oct. 29
For entries on or after Dec. 1, Commerce is setting a new AD duty cash deposit rate for two exporters of stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium. Toscelik got a zero percent rate, so subject merchandise from the company will not be subject to cash deposit requirements until further notice. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 14.74%. The new rates are as follows:
| Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. / Borusan Istikbal Ticaret T.A.S. / Borusan Lojistik Dagitim Depolama Tasimacilik ve Tic A.S. | 1.28% |
| Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S. / Tosyali Dis Ticaret A.S. | zero |
Assessment Rates For Entries May 2012 - April 2013
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between May 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013. Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty rate for each importer of subject merchandise from Borusan. Entries of subject merchandise from Toscelik during the relevant period will be liquidated without assessing AD duties on importers.
(The review period is 05/01/12 -- 04/30/13. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 14062429 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
