Oct. 16, alleging that U.S. market share and prices have been falling, despite an uptick in demand over the past several years, because of dumped and illegally subsidized imports from the two countries (see 1410170020). The International Trade Commission is set to make its preliminary injury determination by Dec. 1. These AD/CV duty investigations will only continue if the ITC finds injury. ITT will provide more details upon publication of the initiation notice in the Federal Register.
