CBP to Extend CES Hours in NY/NJ to Expedite Processing of Perishable Imports
CBP will extend hours for Agriculture Specialists and Centralized Examination Stations at the Port of New York/Newark as a way to speed up processing of cold treatment/perishable imports during the peak season, CBP's New York field office said in a Informational Pipeline. The extended hours will last from November through January, it said.
