Belgium Stainless Steel Plate: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium (A-423-808) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between May 2012 and April 2013.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Oct. 29

For entries on or after Oct. 29, Commerce is setting a new AD duty cash deposit rate for one exporter of stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 8.54%. The new rates are as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries May 2012 - April 2013

Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between May 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013. Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty rate for each importer of subject merchandise from Aperam.
