Turkey Rectangular Pipe: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey (A-489-815). The only company under review, Yucel (Yücel Boru ve Profil Endustrisi A.S. and Yücelboru Ihracat Ithalat ve Pazarlama A.S.), was found not to have dumped subject merchandise during the period of review, and so was assigned a zero percent AD duty rate. Subject merchandise from Yucel entered between May 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013 will be liquidated without any assessment of AD duties, and future entries of rectangular pipe exported by Yucel will not be subject to AD duty cash deposit requirements until further notice. The new AD duty cash deposit rate takes effect July 23.

For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all Turkish companies except Yucel), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. For companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all others rate of 27.04% applies.
(The review period is 05/01/12 -- 04/30/13. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 14042814 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
