South Korea Circular Welded Pipe: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from South Korea (A-580-809). Commerce calculated new AD rates for two exporters, Husteel and HYSCO. These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between November 2011 and October 2012. New AD duty cash deposit rates set in this review will take effect July 1.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect July 1
For entries on or after July 1, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates on circular welded pipe from South Korea. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 4.8%. The new rates are as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries November 2011 - October 2012
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Nov. 1, 2011 and Oct. 31, 2012. Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty assessment rate for each importer of subject merchandise from Husteel or HYSCO.
