New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect July 1
For entries on or after July 1, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates on citric acid from Canada. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 23.21%. The new rates are as follows:
| Exporter | AD Rate |
|---|---|
| Jungbunzlauer Canada Inc. (JBL) | 0.55% |
Assessment Rates For Entries May 2012 - April 2013
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between May 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013. Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty rate for each importer of subject merchandise from JBL Canada. Duties will only be assessed if the importer-specific rate is at least 0.5%.
(The review period is 05/01/12 -- 04/30/13. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 14022121 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
