Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan Sign Treaty Establishing Customs Union
Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan signed on May 29 the Eurasian Economic Union treaty to create a customs union between the three countries. The treaty will enter into effect on Jan. 1, 2015.
