India Lined Paper: Final Results of CV Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the countervailing duty administrative review on lined paper products from India (C-533-844). These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for entries in 2011. New CV duty cash deposit rates set in this review will take effect May 12.

New CV Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect May 12
For entries on or after May 12, Commerce is setting new CV duty cash deposit rates on lined paper from India. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an CV rate will get the all others rate. The new rates are as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries in 2011
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results as the rates at which it will assess CV duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Jan. 1, 2011 and Dec. 31, 2011.
