India Lined Paper: Commerce Tentatively Recognizes Navneet Name Change

The Commerce Department tentatively found Navneet Education Limited is the successor company to Navneet Publications (India) Ltd. for the purposes of antidumping duty liability, in the preliminary results of a changed circumstances review on lined paper products from India (A-533-843).
