- Remission order for advertising material. The CBSA has issued Memorandum D8-3-1 which deals with advertising material tariff number 4911.10.00 and may under certain conditions grant a remission of the GST/HST tax. (here)
- Certain copper pipe fittings. The CBSA has ordered a reinvestigation into values and export prices of certain copper pipe fittings originating in or exported from the United States, China and Korea and subsidizing of the same product from China. (here)
- Certain steel plate. The CBSA will issue its preliminary decision today regarding the investigation into the alleged dumping of certain steel plate originating in or exported from Brazil, Taiwan, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan and Korea. (here)
- Shur-Gain fined under the Feeds Act and Feeds Regulations. The CFIA has fined Shur-Gain $6,000 for violating the Feeds Act and Feed Regulations for the intention to sell feed in Canada that was not properly labeled with correct information. (here)
