South Korea Circular Welded Pipe: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on circular welded pipe from South Korea (A-580-809). The agency preliminarily found a zero AD rate for Husteel. If continued in the final results, entries from Husteel during the period of review will be liquidated without regard to AD duties, and its merchandise will not be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice. Commerce is also ending the review for six countries for which review requests were withdrawn.1 Subject merchandise from those companies will continue to be subject to AD rates set in previous reviews. These preliminary results are not in effect. Commerce may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rates for these companies.
