China PET Film: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on polyethylene film, sheet and strip from China (A-570-924). The agency set preliminary AD rates for two mandatory respondents, Shaoxing Xiangyu Green Packing and Tianjin Wanhua, as well as three other companies that demonstrated independence from state control. These preliminary results are not in effect. Commerce may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rates for these companies.
