China Glycine: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on glycine from China (A-570-836). Commerce said Hebei Donghua Jiheng Fine Chemical did not cooperate in the review, and as a result found the company to be state-controlled and part of the China-wide entity. These preliminary results are not in effect. Commerce may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rate for these companies:
