NHTSA Asks for Comments on Car Safety Rules Impact on Small Businesses

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is asking for comments by Feb. 18 on the impact on small businesses from the agency’s safety rules for passenger cars, multipurpose passenger vehicles, trucks, buses, trailers, motorcycles and motor vehicle equipment. Comments will be used as a preliminary step to determine whether any specific rules should be revised or revoked to lessen their impact on small entities, said NHTSA.
