  • Planta taxa to be added to list of plants to be reviewed prior to importation. The CFIA added 122 planta taxa to the list of plants that are to be reviewed by completing a pest risk analysis prior to their import into Canada. (here)
  • Export of electricity to the U.S. TEC Energy Inc. submitted its application to the National Energy Board for the permission to export up to 4,380,000 MWH of firm and interruptible energy annually for a period of 10 years. (here)
  • China unitized wall modules. The CITT made a preliminary determination resecting the dumping and subsidizing of certain unitized wall modules originating in or exported from China. (here)
