Spain Chlorinated Isocyanurates: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The International Trade Administration issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on chlorinated isocyanurates from Spain (A-469-814). The agency calculated a preliminary zero AD rate for Ercros S.A., but has yet to look into allegations from domestic industry that Ercros' sale was not a reviewable commercial transaction. Commerce also found that Ercros is the successor company to Aragonesas for the purposes of AD duty liability.

Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
If Commerce continues to find a zero AD rate for Ercros in the final results, it will instruct CBP to liquidate entries of the company's subject merchandise during the period of review without regard to AD duties, and won't collect a cash deposit on future entries until further notice. These preliminary results are not in effect. Commerce may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rate for these companies.
(The period of review is 06/01/11 -- 05/31/12. See notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, the all others rate of 24.83%, etc.)
