- Importing and exporting firearms, weapons and devices. The CBSA has issued Memorandum D19-13-2 which outlines how tariff item 9898.00.00 relates to the importing and exporting of firearms, firearms parts, weapons, devices and certain types of ammunition. (here)
- China silicon metal. The CITT have issued a preliminary determination that that there is enough evidence that the dumping and subsidizing of certain silicon metal originating in or exported from China is causing injury to the Canadian economy. (here)
- Certain copper tubing. The CBSA has listed the exhibits and information in regards to the dumping of certain copper tubing originating in or exported from Brazil, Greece, China, Korea and Mexico and the subsidizing of copper tubing from China. (here)
